Cabled Fiber Studio to Feature Pianist for Second Saturday

As part of Second Saturday on February 11th, Margaret Maxwell, pianist, will provide light classical music at Cabled Fiber Studio, 106 North Laurel in downtown Port Angeles.  Mary Sue French, owner of Cabled Fiber Studio said "It will be classical music, but it won't be concert hall music.  It will be music appropriate for knitting and chatting and seeing what's going on at Cabled Fibers."  Ms. Maxwell has degrees in music from the University of Puget Sound and Central Washington University.  This program will feature music from the 17th and 18th centuries.

Music will be from 6-7 p.m. Donations will be accepted for VIMO, Volunteers in Medicine in the Olympics, the Port Angeles free clinic.  For more information, contact Cabled Fiber Studio at 504-223 or info@cabledfiberstudio.com.

BUSINESS OF THE MONTH
NEXT DOOR GASTRO PUB

Next Door Gastro Pub has changed the face of downtown. They brought a fresh business concept to downtown,. Owner, Jacob Oppelt, his partners and staff    renovated their space with the assistance of our own Design Committee member, architect Charles Smith.  They have created an already “happening place” reputation with a fresh design,  esthetically pleasing and paired it with a fresh, vibrant attitude.  Next Door has raised the “bar” by taking a small, non-descript space and making it a showplace.

Thanks for bringing your smiles, energy and enthusiasm to downtown.  We are so glad you chose downtown for your new business venture.
